15+ years of European education and migration experience, now focused entirely on Spain.
Start with the pathway that fits your life
Most people do not need more visa noise. They need to know which route is plausible, what documents matter, and what happens next.

Why it matters
You'll know exactly where you stand — and what to do next — before you spend a single euro.
Spain is attractive. The hard part is choosing the right door.
Most people don't stall because Spain is closed to them — they stall on the wrong route, a missing document, or months of guesswork. We replace the guesswork with one clear plan, built around your situation.
The right route, before any paperwork
We start with your profile — nationality, income, family, and timeline — and recommend the Spanish route that actually fits, so you never chase the wrong visa.
A document plan you can actually follow
You get a clear checklist with translation and legalisation guidance and review points at each stage, so your file is built right the first time.
Realistic timelines, no false promises
We map the milestones and dependencies up front and keep your plan flexible as consulate, university, and authority timelines shift.
Support that lasts past approval
Getting the visa is only half the move. We help with housing, insurance, local registration, and renewals so settling in feels manageable.
From question mark to case plan
A simple four-step service model that keeps the visitor oriented before they commit.

We learn your goals, constraints, nationality, family situation, and timing so the first recommendation is grounded.

A clear yes, no, or not-yet

No mystery checklist
Every document has a purpose, a deadline, and a quality bar — with translation and legalisation requirements spelled out from the start.
Progress you can always see
You'll always know what's done, what's blocked, and what comes next — without having to chase us for updates.
Approval is not the finish line
Your plan continues into housing, local registration, insurance, renewals, and the family practicalities of life in Spain.
Frequently asked questions
Straight answers to the questions we hear most before people start their move.
Do I need a visa to move to Spain?
If you're a non-EU citizen planning to stay longer than 90 days, yes — you'll need a national (type D) visa or residence permit. Which one depends on whether you're studying, working, financially independent, or joining family. We assess your situation in a free consultation and recommend the right pathway.
Is Spain's Golden Visa still an option?
No — Spain ended its Golden Visa (residency through property investment) on 3 April 2025. If investment-based residency was your plan, strong alternatives remain, including the Non-Lucrative Visa, the Digital Nomad Visa, and entrepreneur routes. We help you find the one that fits.
How long does the whole process take?
It depends on the route. Student visas typically take 1–3 months once your documents are ready; work, digital nomad, family, and residence routes can run longer. You'll get a realistic, milestone-by-milestone timeline as part of your tailored plan.
Can my family move with me?
Often, yes. Many Spanish residence routes allow accompanying or reunified family members, but the rules and timing depend on the pathway. We prepare family requirements alongside the main applicant so you can plan together.
Do I need to speak Spanish?
Not always to begin. Some universities and employers operate in English, and many visa processes do not require Spanish at the start. We still recommend learning Spanish to settle in comfortably and handle daily life with more confidence.
Can you guarantee my visa will be approved?
No honest advisor can guarantee a government decision. What we do guarantee is transparent route selection, a complete and correctly prepared application, and guidance at every step.
How much does Stinwo charge?
Fees depend on the service and the complexity of your case. Your first consultation is free, and you'll receive a clear quote before any work begins — no hidden costs.
